Orphan University exists to provide free global education, digital skills, and online earning support to orphans and underprivileged individuals—regardless of age, gender, or background—through a decentralized, ethical, and empowering model.

📋 Core Work Principles

1. Nonprofit & Purpose-Driven
   All work must align with our humanitarian vision of transforming the lives of orphans and the poor through education, skills, and economic empowerment.

2. Equal Opportunity & Inclusion
   We ensure opportunities for all—orphans, veiled women, the disabled, uneducated, and youth from rural or conflict-affected areas—without discrimination.

3. Respect, Dignity & Privacy
   Every team member and student will be treated with respect, dignity, and confidentiality, especially vulnerable groups (e.g., women, children, and people with disabilities).

4. Zero-Tolerance for Exploitation or Harassment
   We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, favoritism, fraud, or any unethical behavior. Violations will lead to immediate removal and legal action if necessary.

🧑‍💻 Work Structure

• Volunteer-Based and Honorary Roles:
  Most positions at Orphan University are honorary or volunteer-based. Financial support and rewards may be provided based on performance and donations.

• Remote & Flexible Work:
  All work is online-first, allowing volunteers and staff to operate from home, ensuring inclusion for disabled, veiled, or geographically restricted individuals.

• Project-Based Responsibilities:
  Team members are assigned to specific earning support programs, such as:

  • Orphan Female Earning Support

  • Orphan Child Voice Work

  • Skill Development Training

  • YouTube, Drop shipping, Freelancing projects

• Mentorship Model:
  We follow a Different Phase Mentorship System:

  1. Teacher mentors 10 students →

  2. Students become teachers →

  3. Teachers become Professors →

  4. Professors manage 10 groups

• No Religious or Political Bias
  We work for humanity, not ideology. No discrimination, sectarianism, or political propaganda is allowed.

• Transparency & Reporting
  All projects must follow clear documentation, performance tracking, and weekly or monthly reporting systems.

• Skill over Degrees
  We value practical skills, sincerity, and service above formal degrees or titles.

💵 Financial & Earning Policy

• All Core Education is Free
  No teacher, coordinator, or volunteer may demand money from any student. We will never sell education.

• Earning is Support-Oriented
  Paid tasks, income-generating activities, and profit-sharing are designed to support poor families and orphans, not for commercial exploitation.

• Sustainability Through Donations and Projects
  Orphan University may accept donations, grants, or project income to support operations and expand reach.

📢 Communication and Discipline

• Official Channels Only
  All communication should occur via official channels (Orphan University platforms, emails, Zoom/Meet, etc.).

• Violation Consequences
  Misuse of authority, abuse of students, or corruption will result in immediate disciplinary action or removal.
